Easiest install and headache free guaranteed!
No compressor to mount!
No hoses to run!
The Simplified Air Suspension was created to employ the convenience of an air shock, and to make the install process easy by eliminating the external compressor.

SAS-00 Simplified Air Suspension - Motorcycle Air Ride
SAS-00: fits softails years 2000 and up.
Built in compressor
No air lines to deal with
Adjustable ride height and dampening
No chance of compete air loss
All mechanical functions protected in the durable CNC billit machined body
Remote filtered air breather
Easiest install on the market
Built in lowering kit
The benefits of an SAS air shock:
Stay EPA Compliant on stock HD’s by not having to move canisters to make room for an ugly compressor.
Machined 6061 billet aluminum housing that is hard anodized for longevity, and durable to protect all mechanical functions inside.
Pneumatic seals and o-rings are forever protected and eliminate leaks.
Remote filtered air breather allowes you to hide the air intake under the seat keeping the unit from ever drawing in contaminated air.
4 switch wires and 4 bolts then run the air breather under the seat, making it the easiest install.
All Moving parts and bearings are permanently lubricated.
Adjustable air pressure from 0 to over 280 psi.
As you increase air pressure the ride will begin to increase suspension. At aprox. 100-120 psi the suspension will be resting on its piston bumpers at *maximum ride height*, after that your height will not change but you can continue to increase air pressure for a stiffer ride to improve riding conditions during cornering or with a passenger.
Our adjustable ride height, allows you to set the *maximum ride height* durring installation, weather you enjoy your ride at stock height, or wish to add a Lowering Kit the SAS covers it all. By simply increasing the mounting length from eye to eye of the shock you can lower the bikes *maximum ride height*. Lowering the bike reduces the swing arm travel, but with the convenience of an air shock you won't have to worry about bottoming out under any extra weight the bike may be carrying. With the SAS you can counter the weight with air pressure.
We recomend you consult an authorized dealer on how much you can lower your bike before safety becomes and issue. You can also increase the ride height by making the eye to eye length shorter.
Adjustable dampening:The side of the cylinder piston that is not being presurized will need to draw in air and force it back out when the suspension is working. The SAS has a needle valve in the front of the unit that will control the volume and speed in which that air will flow. Tightening the valve will decrease the speed which the air flows, and vise versa. During assembly the valve is pre-set,(tightened and then backed out 1 1/2 times).
Specs, for mounting, and adjusting *maximum ride height*:
The SAS-00 uses a male rod end with a jam nut to adjust the mounting length. If a longer length is needed you can get a female rod end with a 1/2" 20 threaded rod, and 2 jam nuts from us.
The SAS-00 has a 8 7/8" minimum length with supplied hardware and can lengthened to 9 1/2" with supplied hardware.
There is approx 3 to 4" of travel (depending on frame/swing arm geometry)
If the suspension is mounted to lower the bike, the travel will be from that height to the bumpers on the frame. Basically reducing the travel an equal amount that you have lowered the bike. This is limited due to your frames stock bumpers.
The SAS is designed around HD specs & geometry.
The SAS will allow the full travel range from your stock bumpers. If you are using your SAS on anything else you may need to make adjustments specific to your application, Custom frames most likely use a SAS-99 mounting style unit, as always - call us with questions, we are happy to help.
You do not want to pinch the rod ends, the SAS should be installed with shoulder bolts, any tension on the rod ends will casue the cylinders to bind.
3 year warranty/ 30 day money back guarantee/ lifetime warrany on machined parts!
Imagine the time & effort you will save by utilizing SAS.

Our adjustable ride height, allows you to set the *maximum ride height* during installation, weather you enjoy your ride at stock height, or wish to ad a (LOWERING KIT) the SAS can do it all. By simply increasing the mounting length from eye to eye of the shock you can lower the bikes *maximum ride height*. Lowering the bike reduces the swing arm travel, but with the convenience of an air shock you won't have to worry about bottoming out under any extra weight the bike may be carrying. SAS-XL "Xtra Length" Simplified Air Suspension -
Motorcycle Air Ride
SAS-XL versions have an added 5/8" length to the cylinder housing - giving you about 2" more travel at the swing arm for a total of approx 6". Ideal for custom bikes that are extra low and need the extra lift to raise the bike to a ridable height. This unit has more travel than a stock Harley Davidson frame, therefore use of this unit is unnecessary.
